Carlos Daniel Auzqui: Argentine Footballer

Early Life and Career

Carlos Daniel Auzqui was born on March 16, 1991, in Longchamps, Argentina. He began his football career with the youth academy of local club Estudiantes de La Plata. Auzqui made his professional debut for Estudiantes in 2009 and quickly established himself as a promising winger.

International Career

Auzqui has represented Argentina at the youth level, playing in the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup. He has yet to make his debut for the senior national team.

Club Career

After several successful seasons with Estudiantes, Auzqui moved to European football in 2012, joining Italian club Torino. He spent two seasons with Torino before returning to Argentina to play for River Plate in 2014. Auzqui helped River Plate win the 2015 Copa Libertadores, the club's first continental title in nearly two decades. In 2016, Auzqui signed with Spanish club Sevilla, but his time there was cut short by injuries. He returned to Argentina in 2018, playing for Huracán and Lanús before joining Chilean club O'Higgins in 2022.

Playing Style

Auzqui is a skilled winger known for his pace, dribbling ability, and goal-scoring prowess. He is primarily a right-winger, but he can also play on the left or as a second striker.
